Complete the 'actual application form' and competency questionnaire and submit to Ibec.
Shortlisted candidates will undertake online psychometric testing in early December 2021.
16 candidates will be invited to a half day assessment in Ibec on 27th or 28th January 2022.
Final interviews will take place on 10th and 11th February 2022. Up to five candidates will be offered positions on the Graduate programme for 2022.

A unique insight into industrial relations issues in a broad range of industries
A comprehensive understanding of Irish employment law as applied in practice plus a Technological University of Dublin accredited Certificate in Employment Law (Level 6 NFQ)
A working knowledge of the industrial relations and employment rights third party institutions (Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court)
